Located in North Al-Sharqiyah Governorate, Al Mudhaibi Industrial City is the ninth industrial city that Madayn is currently managing and operating. North Al-Sharqiyah Governorate is considered one of the most promising governorates, especially in the tourism sector through its unique tourist sites, in addition to its diversity in its terrain and its mountainous, desert, and agricultural environments. Rocks, including marble, limestone, gabbro, plastic clay and special materials that are used in the field of construction and other resources that can be optimally exploited. Wilayat of Al Mudhaibi, with a population of about 70,000 people, is affiliated with two administrative offices, namely Samad Al Shan and Sinaw. Al Mudhaibi Industrial City is about 60 km away from Sinaw on the main road towards Duqm and Mahut.
