In view of the growing numbers of the industrial firms and the high demand to provide residential complexes designed with high specifications for housing employees and workers, whereas the number of expatriates in the industrial city has surpassed 6,056 workers, it has become a necessity to begin with phase one of the project. The complex aims to provide integrated services and facilities such as shopping stores, restaurants, banks, gyms, entertainment venues and other support services.
