This project comes to meet the growing numbers of the industrial firms and the high demand to provide residential complexes designed with high specifications for housing employees and workers. The number of workforce in Suhar Industrial City has touched 14032 workers, and so it is a necessity to commence with the second phase of this project. The complex aims to provide integrated services and facilities such as shopping stores, restaurants, banks, gyms, entertainment venues and other support services. The residential complex will also contribute to organizing workers’ housing and providing a suitable environment. It will also provide solutions for investors to find housing for employees and workers within the city.
