With rapid growth of industrial and related activities in Nizwa Industrial City, there is a felt need for establishing a Facility Building and a Petrol station to provide services for the large number of industrial houses in the city and the surrounding area. The project also envisages to include all the necessary amenities and services outlets for the people working in the industrial city and surrounding areas. It is worthwhile to mention that there are more than 146 existing businesses, which employ more than 6,056 workers in Nizwa Industrial City.
