The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates “Madayn” has completed the construction of infrastructure project of Ibri Industrial City for the first phase, which aimed to develop about 3 million square meters. This project includes preparing the infrastructure, including road works, service network works such as sewage, rain and telecom networks, and wadi protection walls. The industrial city includes the establishment of industrial, commercial and service activities such as light and medium industries in various sectors, a commercial area, administrative offices, logistical warehouses, and a residential complex for workers. The number of localized projects in the industrial city has touched 17 projects that are being built on a total area of 270,000 square meters, with an investment volume exceeding RO 9.7 million.
