In view of the growing numbers of the industrial establishments and the high demand to provide residential complexes designed with high specifications for housing employees and workers, whereas the number of expatriates in the industrial city has exceeded 2,028 workers, it has become a necessity to commence with phase one of the project. The complex aims to provide integrated services and facilities such as shopping stores, restaurants, banks, gyms, entertainment venues and other support services. The residential complex will also contribute to organizing workers’ housing and providing a suitable environment. It will also provide solutions for investors to find housing for employees and workers within the city.
