This project comes to meet the growing numbers of the industrial firms and the high demand to provide residential complex designed with high specifications for housing employees and workers. The number of workforces in the industrial city has surpassed 1,674, and thus it is a necessity to commence with phase one of the project. The complex aims to provide integrated services and facilities such as shopping stores, restaurants, banks, gyms, entertainment venues and other support services. The residential complex will also contribute to organizing workers’ housing and providing a suitable environment. It will also provide solutions for investors to find housing for the employees and workers within the industrial city.
